Purpose of data processing and retention

The personal data provided by our clients, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, will be processed by Adrián Pereiro for the following purposes:
To provide the contracted services, maintain the contractual relationship and monitor it.

To manage, process and respond to requests, inquiries, incidents, complaints, claims or consultations from the User.
To manage the sending of commercial communications regarding products and services marketed by Adrián Pereiro through electronic and/or conventional means.

Data retention period

User data related to the fulfillment of the contractual relationship will be retained for that purpose for the entire duration of the contract and, thereafter, for the period required by applicable law and until any potential liabilities arising from the contract have expired. With regard to the sending of commercial communications, Adrián Pereiro will process the User’s data until the User objects.

Processing of user data

Adrián Pereiro will process the following categories of User data:

  • Identification data: name, surname, ID number.
  • Contact data: postal address, email address and telephone number.

In the event that the User provides data relating to third parties, the User declares that they have obtained the consent of those parties and undertakes to inform them of the content of this Privacy Policy, thereby exempting Adrián Pereiro from any liability in this regard. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Adrián Pereiro may carry out periodic checks to verify this fact, adopting the appropriate due diligence measures in accordance with data protection regulations.

Legal basis for data processing

The processing of User data by Adrián Pereiro for the purpose of sending commercial communications and creating profiles is based on the legitimate interest of Adrián Pereiro, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

Recipients of your data

Your data will not be shared with any other company outside CLIENT except when required by Public Administrations in cases provided for by law.

Commercial and promotional communications

One of the purposes for which Adrián Pereiro processes the personal data provided by Users is to send them commercial communications by electronic and conventional means, with information related to products, services, promotions, offers, events or news relevant to the Users. Any such communication will be sent exclusively to those Users who have not previously expressed their refusal to receive them.

What are your rights?

The User may send a written request to Adrián Pereiro, Rúa Antonio Ríos 74, Ground Floor 2, 15009, A Coruña, or an email to info@luthierpereiro.com with the reference “Data Protection”, attaching a copy of their identity document, at any time and free of charge, in order to:

  • Withdraw the consents granted.
  • Obtain confirmation as to whether Adrián Pereiro is processing personal data concerning the User.
  • Access their personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request the deletion of their data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Obtain from Adrián Pereiro the restriction of data processing when any of the conditions provided for in data protection regulations are met.
  • Request the portability of their data.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.agpd.es when the data subject considers that Adrián Pereiro has violated their rights under applicable data protection regulations.

Adrián Pereiro will process the User’s data at all times in a strictly confidential manner and will comply with the required duty of secrecy in accordance with applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.
